vintage Composition head 20” doll moving eyes

Description

I’m not sure what brand doll this is. There is faint raised marking on the back of the neck but because the composition is cracking it’s difficult to make out what it is.
The composition is cracking throughout. The head and legs are composition, the arms are rubber and the body is cloth. The outfit that the doll is wearing has some rips/tears. The hat that the doll is wearing is not glued on so it can be removed. The eyes move on this doll.
