This unit boasts an ergonomic handle and a 1 hp motor with the ability to be a traditional stick blender or a powerful handheld whisk mixer! Its speed self-regulation system helps achieve great results each time, while achieving speeds between 500 and 10,000 RPM . Also, replacing the power cord if it becomes worn or frayed isn't a problem because it was engineered to easily detach from the unit.
Its watertight tube design features stainless steel tube bearings for longevity, and a removable 100% stainless steel bell and blade make cleaning and maintenance hassle-free. A 14" stick attachment is included along with a splash guard and blade disassembly tool. Plus, a locking button enables continuous operation during large jobs. The Robot Coupe MP350 requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
