Reliable Composition 15" Doll VG

Description

This 15" doll was made about 1948 by the Canadian Doll Company Reliable.  It is made of Composition with jointed, neck, arms & legs.  It was possibly produced as a Scottish Lassie, but since she was missing her original clothing when I bought her, I cannot be sure.  She fits all the description of the Scottish Lassie.  She has wonderful blue sleep eyes, with long lashes and a closed mouth.  She has had some restoration work done on her head. The wig is not original, but the original one is included. There is a small spot on her neck where the paint has come off (See photo). Also, her left thumb is missing. I would consider her to be in good condition.
