For Parts or Not Working. This winch is in Fair cosmetic condition. The finish is in bad condition in many spots all over including on the drum. There are areas of surface rust as well as heavier rust. The drum brake is rusted.  The oil sump appears to be dry, we are not sure if it was run that way. This is being sold AS/IS.
Notes:
This winch is in PARTIAL working condition. It will run in the "haul in" direction but not in the "pay out" direction. We are not sure why.  No other testing was done. This is being sold AS/IS. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
