Feng Shui Kit- compass, mirror, instruction book

Description

Used Feng Shui Kit that contains a 112 page illustrated book, compass with ruler markings, pa kua mirror (thin cardboard with reflective backing, not glass) and sheet of stickers. Kit has moderate amount of wear to outer box (one corner ripped, see picture) but the book is barely read and the other stuff hasn't been opened or used.  This was a gift to my mom about 19 years ago and she said she just flipped through the book a couple times.
