In the event that we have overlooked a flaw in an item please contact us before leaving feedback so we can have the chance to fix the problem. We try hard to take accurate colored pictures of our merchandise, but please be aware that different computer monitors and phone screens can make colors look darker, brighter, lighter, or just different than they appear when we list the items. We will not give partial credits due to an item being a different shade than pictured as I cannot control this.
We are available to answer questions and give shipping quotes Monday through Friday from 9-5 Eastern Standard time. Saturday we check messages in the morning and the evening. All international buyers must pay any customs fees, extra postage (even if free shipping is offered), and return postage for any reason. All items will be shipped USPS by either first class mail international or priority mail, depending on the weight of the order.
Please do not buy from us if you plan to ask us to change the declared value of your items on your customs form. This is considered tax evasion and is against the law for us to do!
International orders usually take 2-7 weeks for delivery depending on the location. We ship orders within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment and have no control over the length of time it takes once the order leaves our hands! Please be prepared to wait for your order. If you are needing something faster please ask for a quote for express mail which often times can arrive in 5-10 days and includes tracking and insurance.
Returns & Replacements:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund or exchange (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process to print out a free return label - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.
Attention: We may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
With our 30 days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
