Delightful, 1930’s American Character Doll. Composition & Cloth. 19” w/ Extras.. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Absolutely delightful, early 1930’s composition and cloth American Character doll.
She measures 19” and has a composition head and limbs with a firmly stuffed cloth body with a non-working cry box.
She has brown hair, clear brown eyes with original lashes, fevered cheeks and a slightly open mouth with 2 little teeth. She is marked “American Character Doll” on the back of her neck.
She is wearing a vintage, 1930’s light pink 2 piece cotton dress with a matching slip, cream colored hand crocheted sweater set with matching bonnet and booties.
She comes with her vintage baby bottle that fits in her mouth, a stuffed bunny, a silk flower bouquet and a hand crocheted light pink baby blanket (not shown)
Her condition is very good. She has a flawless face that is bright and shiny with no crazing. She has very slight crazing to the backs of her arms, but no cracks or chips.
Her legs are free from crazing, but the tips of her feet has very slight paint loss/rubs.
Her cloth body has no holes or rips. It has normal, age related darkening, but no stains.
She is a beautiful baby and would make a great addition to your doll collection.
