Box of 1000 spoons teaspoons ice cream/desserts/shave ice/ Red

Box of 1000 plastic spoons. These are packaged 100 to a bag. They are marked as RED however they are not what I would consider red. I would call them rust, terracotta, dark pumpkin. Not what I wanted to use to match up with patriotic holiday cups for my customers. Distributor would not take them back even after I showed him what color they were and even looked up the pantone color so he would understand how far off these are from a traditional red. I looked up the pantone number and it looks like a match to pantone #724
