Antique Effanbee Grumpy Composition 11 1/2 inch

Description

He has composition head, arms, and legs and stuffed cloth body. Crazing and some peeling on fingers, nose, and head; see pics. Cannot
take clothes off as outfit is split in back and would not want to damage it any further. Dressed to the hilt, wearing a black suit with a silk long sleeve shirt with blue buttons.  He looks angry at someone, don't you think?  Painted blue eyes. I do not see a name on the back of his neck or head, may be below shirt. I use paypal and Ebay's estimated shipping.
