The Limoges China Company in Sebring OH made various earthenware & semi-porcelain pieces from 1900 until the late 1940s when the company name was changed due to a pending lawsuit from Limoges in France. Early on, items were hand-decorated, but later items often were made with decals. This heavy restaurant-ware type china divided child's plate is ca 1930s. It is 8 inches in diameter & appears to be stenciled & hand-colored & the detail is very clear. The background of the plate is a light yellow, not as white as it appears in the photo. It in very good vintage condition - no chips or hairlines, but it does have a glaze pinhole on 1 raised divider & glaze crazing throughout as shown. Ships USPS.
