Unused set still in original DMV packaging sleeve. - some rusting around edges and paint rubbing off from sleeve and storage.
I have 100s of plates and sets I am placing up for auction - A lot of them unused, still in the DMV Sleeve - ranging in years from 1920s - 1970s.
